Volunteers are the key to creating a fun and safe environment.
Volunteers range from coaches and administrative positions, to Buddies.

Buddies work one on one with players to assist them with baseball skills and, more importantly, become a friend!

2 girls running

Volunteers and Buddies do not need any knowledge of baseball or prior experience working with those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
